Jennifer is a highly accomplished and experienced Medical Affairs professional with over 21 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, effectively managing teams and achieving company goals over her 17 year career in medical affairs. With experience that spans multiple companies and product launches, Jennifer has become a trusted and respected medical expert. Her extensive experience has allowed her to successfully manage and execute a variety of projects and initiatives. Jennifer founded JMH Consulting LLC in 2022.

Jennifer has spent two decades coaching, mentoring and training medical professionals and patients in a variety of roles. Whether it was guiding students during their pharmacy training, mentoring new MSLs or guiding more seasoned medical affairs colleagues, Jennifer's passion for coaching has always been there. She has recently been invited to be an advisor for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Global Ambassador Program.
